After your Onboarding and Training calls, be sure to update your phone number anywhere it is currently listed. This would include, but is definitely not limited to, your website, Facebook, Yelp, and Google Reviews. The IKS Enrollment Number redirects to your center’s phone number. While being logged into your IKS account, access more step-by-step information on phone settings within our Help Center here.
Once your phone number is updated, leads will come into IKS via the Enrollment Number assigned to your center. If you hear the whisper message say “Incoming Lead,” be on your A-game— a new family is calling! And remember, our system will automatically record calls with new leads. Focus on the conversation at hand and less on writing down their information. Come back to gather their information and play the call recording once the call is over.
