If you want to level up your IKS success, follow these helpful tips:


1. Become an IKS Pro!


Become an IKS Pro by completing our Learning Academy modules. Our self-paced courses are great for IKS beginners, current users and long-time users. We have courses to help you with getting started, setting up features, understanding statuses and more! IKS is here to help so we are adding new courses to guide you along the way, such as our brand-new IntelliForms course. Our self-paced courses can be completed on your time and reviewed as often as you need. You may even get a special IKS certificate along the way! You can get a head start on the future migrations and updates that IKS will have to offer by logging in to your IntelliKid Systems account, accessing the Main Menu and selecting the Academy option under the Learning section. You’ll have multiple course options to get started! 


2. Create Daily Habits.


A great way to become more successful with IKS is to create a habit of checking your “actions to take” regularly. We recommend checking in on your “actions to take” twice a day - once at the open of business and once before close. This will ensure that you are following up with your leads on a regular basis, preparing yourself for upcoming tours and keeping track of all your new leads!


Another helpful tip: Once you have completed an “action to take”, remove it from the lead’s profile. This is the best way to stay on top of your “actions to take” and to communicate to other employees when an action has been completed. Add a comment in the lead’s profile to let your colleagues know the action was completed and if there are any special notes that need to be shared.

3. Personalize the Experience.


A quick and easy tip that will help level up your IKS success is adding personalized messages to your enrollment line. Add a personalized intro message that excites the family about the information they are about to receive. Provide them with a custom voicemail greeting that gives the lead information on when they will hear back from you. Your incoming leads will love to hear a warm and friendly voice while they wait to speak to someone about enrollment and all the exciting details about your center.
