Start by locating the desired account in the Accounts list. Click on "Details" to access the account's specific information.


b. Editing Permissions:

Within the Permissions section, you'll find categories that can be expanded to reveal a list of permissions. To modify a user's permissions, click on "Edit" within the Permissions section.


c. General Permissions:

The Account Permissions page consists of two sections: General Permissions and Website Permissions. General Permissions control access to the portal, app, Lead Management System (LMS) and Employee Management System (EMS). Here, you can manage settings related to General Settings, Emails, Facebook Messages, Marketing Automation, and Campaigns.


d. Website Permissions:

The Website Permissions section allows you to control access to specific areas of the website.


To enable or disable a permission, simply toggle the switch accordingly. The selection will be automatically updated and saved within the user's settings.
